1) How do I join Smartlearning.in? Top
To be a part of Smartlearning.in, one has to go through a simple registration procedure, which is absolutely "free of cost". The following steps are to be followed for registration:
Login to www.Smartlearning.in
Click on "Join Now" on the right hand side.
A registration form opens in front of you
Choose a email and password, and enter your information.
Once completed, click the "Join Now" button, you have now become a registered member of Smartlearning.in

2) Will my studies get affected, by registering at Smartlearning.in? Top
This site is meant to improve the way you learn after school. If you use Smartlearning.in to review concepts and topics after you have covered them in school, your learning will undeniably be more effective and meaningful. You do however, have the freedom to review the concepts and topics presented in any chapter at any point of time irrespective of the schedule followed in your school. Since our product is completely aligned to the NCERT curriculum it will not in any way hamper your studies in school. On the contrary, you can look forward to excelling in all subjects by subscribing to Smartlearning.in!

3) Which Boards and Standards does Smartlearning.in cover? Top
Currently, Smartlearning.in is offering only CBSE Board Syllabus for 8th, 9th and 10th Standard but, in near future we are planning on adding other standards also.

4) Who all can register on Smartlearning.in? Top
Currently, students, parents and teachers can register themselves on our site. As of now, we provide services that cater to students alone.

5) Is there any facility of cancelling a subscription? Top
Once a product/service has been purchased by you, Smartlearning.in will not be able to provide any refund, either full or in part. We suggest that prior to making a purchase decision, you go through the demos and other 'free to use' contents/products/services.

6) What should I do if I forget my password? Top
If you forget your password, you can click on Forgot your Password? link and give appropriate details and click on "Email Me" and your password will be Emailed to your on your Email addresss.

7) If I want to change/edit my profile, what should I do? Top
Once you have logged in to your profile, go to Home page and click on Edit Profile and then you will be on the page where u can change your profile, once you have finished editing your profile, click on "Update", and this will update your necessary changes. This will ensure that your profile now reflects the new details that you have specified.

8) How is Smartlearning.in a better option than going for tutions after school? Top
Smartlearning.in is an application, which is made to enchance the techniques and concepts of a student, which is not possible with just a single interface between the teacher and a student in the class room. Here a student can watch lectures, improve his skills, solve practice sums, and can give tests to evaluate his studies. Students can watch the lectures anytime throughout the year when tutions are not available so it definitely proves to be a better option.

12) What is covered in Model Tests of all the subjects? Top
Chapter tests, Mixed Chapter tests and Final Tests of Math, Science, History, Geography, Civics and Economics.
Detailed and Graphical test reports for each test. Offline Tool is also available for giving tests without Internet
connection.
Tests of Science Practicals will be given Free of Cost with this section.

13) What is covered in HOTS and Important Questions of all the subjects? Top
Solutions for HOTS & Important Questions of Math, Science, History, Geography, Civics and Economics.

14) Will I get all the unsolved Math Sums of my School syllabus? Top
Once you have logged in, you will see a Math + English Section tab, when you click on that tab, a page having all Math Sums will be available. You can also view, Practice Sums, Math Activities and Skills.

15) What are Practice Sums? Top
These are sums related to your syllabus, but are other than the unsolved Sums of NCERT, to give you more practice and to clear your concepts.

16) Which Activities are solved in the Math section? Top
Activities solved in the Math section are practical representation of theorems and formulas, using paper cutting, paper folding and paper pasting methods.

17) Are these tests suitable for my School syllabus? Top
Yes, if your School follows the CBSE board.

18) Which types of tests are available at Smartlearning.in? Top
The tests which are currently available include Chapter Tests, Mixed Chapter Tests and Final Tests.
Chapter Tests: These tests are available as per each chapter.
Mixed Chapter Tests: There will be 3 Mixed Chapter tests per Subject and 40 questions per test. Mixed Chapter
tests will allow the student to select the chapters for which he wants to give a test. The test will contain questions from the chapters which have been selected by the student. This will allow the student to prepare for School Unit tests as well as ensure that the tests can be taken based on the School's syllabus.
Final Tests: There will be 2-3 Final tests per Subject and 40 questions per test. These tests have been designed for
the students to give them enough practice before their School Final test.

19) Can I get more details about the Offline Tool? Top
The Offline Tool will allow the student to give the tests Offline. The student needs to login to the Offline Tool, download the test and then it can be given by him as per his time and convenience. There will be proper synchronization between the Offline Tool and the Online System. After the test has been completed it has to be uploaded before viewing the results online on Smartlearning.in, the Tool can be downloaded by clicking here.

20) Can payment be made in easy installments? Top
Currently we are not providing any such easy installment facility.

21) What are the different modes of payment? Top
Payment can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Banking, ITZ Cash Card, etc...

22) Do you accept payments by cash? Top
Yes, cash payments can be made directly in our Bank Account.

24) How do I make online payments? Top
Once you have logged in, on Start page you will see a Buy Now button, click on it and it will take you to the payment page, select the product from the list which you want to buy. After selecting the product click on the Buy Now button and confirm the order on next page, it will take you to the merchant account page, where you need to fill necerssary details, and then click on Submit form. As soon as the payment is made successfully, your account is activated. (The third party merchant account is completely secured.)
